Davide Antonali

Davide Antonali has a diverse work experience in the field of project management and software development. Davide started their career as a Software Developer at Netsystem.com, where they participated in SAAS development projects in the extended e-Supply Chain Collaboration domain. Davide was actively involved in the entire project lifecycle, from gathering requirements to implementing the final solutions.

Afterwards, Davide joined TESISQUARE® - TESI SPA as a Software Developer, where they gained experience in the development of collaborative portals and Transportation Management systems for the retail industry. Davide was responsible for managing a team of 9 developers, including external suppliers, and overseeing the progress and planning of the projects. Davide also contributed to requirements gathering, functional analysis, and operational decision-making.

Over time, Davide progressed to the roles of Junior Project Manager & Technical Team Leader and Project Manager & Team Leader at TESISQUARE® - TESI SPA. In these positions, they independently managed complex projects, defined project requirements, allocated resources, monitored progression, and documented project activities. Davide also served as a client manager, overseeing the entire product portfolio for select clients and ensuring the profitability and successful delivery of projects.

In their most recent role as a Client & Project Manager, Davide is responsible for managing clients' product portfolios, maintaining strong relationships, and achieving profit and revenue targets. Davide also acts as a project manager, coordinating and overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial analysis to follow-up activities. Additionally, they conduct presales activities for potential new clients, with the support of the sales team.

Throughout their career, Davide has demonstrated strong technical and leadership skills, along with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders. Davide holds a second-level degree in Computer Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano.

Davide Antonali has an extensive educational background, starting with their time at ITIS G.Fauser from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a Perito industriale capotecnico degree in Informatica. Following this, they attended Politecnico di Milano from 2006 to 2010, completing their Bachelor of Science degree in Ingegneria informatica.
