Randy has worked with over 63 start-up, medium, and pedigree companies in the medical device, laboratory instrumentation, diagnostics, reagents, and laboratory services industries. Their expertise includes clinical and anatomic pathology laboratories, next generation sequencing, molecular diagnostics, pharmacogenomics, and more. Throughout their career, Randy has held various leadership roles such as President at LifeWell Solutions LLC, Vice President at Iverson Genetics, and Senior Vice President at MedTest DX. Randy has also worked at companies like AutoGenomics, GenMark Diagnostics, BioGenex, Quest Diagnostics, LabCorp, Ventana Medical Systems, and Roche. Randy has a strong background in capital fund raising, laboratory construction, and laboratory build-outs. Randy is knowledgeable in IT enterprise solutions, bioinformatics, SaaS, and OEM.

Randy Rusz completed their education from 1984 to 1990 at Central Michigan University.
