Christopher Morton has a diverse work experience spanning from their time in the United States Army to their current role as a Scrum Master at Tesla Government Inc. Christopher began their career in 2006 as an Imagery/All-Source Intelligence Analyst in the Army, where they served until 2014. In 2011, they worked as a Senior Program Analyst at AECOM/NSP for a year. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Project Coordinator at CSE Engineering Inc. Currently, Morton holds the position of Scrum Master at Tesla Government Inc., starting in November 2019. Prior to that, they worked there as a Regional Manager in Afghanistan from 2018 to 2019, and as a Project Manager from 2017 to 2018.

Christopher Morton attended Columbia University from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing. In terms of additional certifications, they became a Certified Team Kanban Practitioner (TKP) through Kanban University in August 2021. Christopher also obtained an Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in September 2021, a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance in February 2020, and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in November 2019.
