Aaron Langberg

Aaron Langberg is an experienced attorney specializing in employment litigation. Currently serving as Managing Counsel at Tesla since February 2021, Aaron has progressed through various roles including Senior Counsel and Counsel, all focused on employment litigation. Prior to Tesla, Aaron worked at Fisher Phillips from 2018 to 2021 as an Attorney, providing employment litigation and counseling services. Earlier experience includes roles at Wilson Elser and Sudano Law Firm, where general and employment litigation were primary focuses. Aaron holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Legal Studies and Philosophy from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
