Aedzer Oreel

Aedzer Oreel is a seasoned legal professional specializing in global labor and employment law, currently serving as Managing Counsel for Employment EMEA at Tesla and as an International Employment Counsel and Mediator at Oreel Mediation. Previously, they held the position of Vice President at the Association of Corporate Counsel and developed labor and employment functions as the first L&E Counsel for EMEA and APAC at LyondellBasell. Aedzer began their legal career at Baker & McKenzie, later contributing to the employment law practices at Van Doorne and Okta. They hold a postgraduate degree in employment law from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
