Alice Lee

Alice Lee is the Managing Counsel at Tesla, where they oversee commercial legal matters. Previously, Alice held the role of Sr. Counsel at Tesla and served as Corporate Counsel at MivaTek, managing contract negotiations and dispute resolutions across multiple jurisdictions. They have also worked for TSMC, Space Systems Loral, and in various legal positions, gaining extensive experience in corporate governance, IP portfolio management, and export compliance. Alice earned an LLB with honors from National Taipei University and is currently pursuing a JD in Corporate Law and M&A at Washington University in St. Louis.
