Allen Shields is a seasoned maintenance and engineering professional with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Maintenance Manager at artcobell since June 2024, Allen previously held the role of Associate Maintenance Manager at Tesla from June 2021. Prior to Tesla, Allen contributed to Ball Metalpack as Engineering and Reliability Manager from January 2018 to June 2021 and worked at Ball Corporation for nearly 18 years, holding positions including Industrial Engineering Supervisor and Electronics Technician. Allen began the career as a Maintenance Mechanic at Cooper Power Systems in early 2000.
