Allison Huebert is the Managing Counsel for Litigation at Tesla, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, they served as an Associate Attorney at Quinn Emanuel from 2017 to 2023 and completed a Judicial Externship for Judge John Darrah at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in 2012. Allison also gained experience as a Summer Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in 2011. They graduated magna cum laude with an A.B. in Philosophy and Classical Humanities from Miami University in 2009 and earned a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2012, having also attended the University of Chicago Law School as a visiting student in 2011.
