Amir Hossini

Amir Hossini is currently a Staff ML Engineer at Tesla, specializing in energy markets and the development of machine learning and deep learning solutions for distributed renewable energy resources. Previously, Amir held positions at ConocoPhillips as a Senior Simulation Engineer and later as a Senior Data Scientist, where they focused on end-to-end ML solutions and time-series forecasting. They also served as a Data Science Manager at Qcells North America, leading the design and deployment of machine learning algorithms for energy markets. Amir has collaborated on research projects at Queen's University and is pursuing a PhD in Geostatistics at the University of Alberta, along with degrees in Data Science and Engineering from esteemed institutions.
