Andrew Le

Andrew Le is a supply chain professional currently working as a GSM in Purchasing at Tesla, focusing on drive systems and rare-earth minerals. Previously, they completed a Supply Chain Reliability Co-Op at Johnson & Johnson Vision, where they addressed supply disruptions and coordinated with external manufacturers. Andrew has also held leadership roles at Target as a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader and served as a Resident Assistant at Rutgers University, promoting community engagement and safety. They are pursuing a Master's in Data Science at Harvard University, building on a foundational education from Rutgers University where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree.
