Andrew Lygin

Andrew Lygin is a Sr. 3D Scanning Specialist and VDC Engineer at Tesla Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg, with over three years of experience in LIDAR scanning and more than four and a half years in civil engineering, including BIM (Building Information Modeling). They previously worked as a 3D Scanning Specialist and BIM Modeler at EPICON, where they maintained the Scan to BIM pipeline and engaged in customer communication and laser scanning data collection. Prior to that, they contributed as a Design Drafter at Astron Buildings, creating technical drawings and assisting in building construction. Andrew is currently exploring Reality Capture, photogrammetry, and digital asset creation, while expressing enthusiasm for opportunities in VFX, the meta-verse, and digital twins.
