Andrew Payne is the Head of Energy for Tesla in EMEA, where they lead a team of over 60 focusing on Megapack and Powerpack sales, policy, deployment, and engineering. Previously, Andrew worked at Green Cape as an Analyst and held various positions at Tesla from 2014 to 2019, including Senior Product Manager and Sales Engineering Manager. They also gained experience as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company and assisted a Principal Research Scientist at the Johnson Matthey Technology Centre. Andrew holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cape Town, where they studied from 2008 to 2011.
