Blanche Jiang

Blanche Jiang is a Human Resources Leader at Tesla, currently supporting the Chief People Officer and overseeing HR teams in California, New York, and Nevada, serving 30,000 engineering and production professionals. They are also the Head of U.S. Learning and Development, responsible for strategic HR initiatives across 100,000 team members nationwide. Previously, Blanche held several senior HR roles at Tesla and worked at UPS as a Human Resources Manager, where they provided consultative guidance and managed various HR functions. Blanche is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master's in Business Administration at the University of Nevada, Reno.
