Bob Bruce

Bob Bruce is a leader, lawyer, and veteran, currently serving as Managing Counsel for Products Liability Litigation at Tesla and a member of the 2023-2024 cohort of the Veteran's Fellowship Program at The Hoover Institution, Stanford University. They previously held positions as Counsel at Newmeyer Dillion, Deputy District Attorney at the San Diego District Attorney's Office from 2005 to 2022, and Commanding Officer of 3rd ANGLICO in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2009 to 2011. Bob also completed a Defense Legislative Fellowship with the United States Senate in 2007-2008 and worked as an Assistant Chief of Staff for Current Operations with the Joint Forces Land Component Commander in Iraq in 2014. They earned their degree from the United States Naval Academy between 1988 and 1992.
