Caroline Behrends

Caroline Behrends is an experienced professional in service training, currently serving as Associate Manager Service Training Central EMEA at Tesla since September 2024, following a role as Supervisor in the same department from March 2023 to September 2024. Prior to Tesla, Caroline worked as a Consultant at Cobalt Deutschland GmbH from November 2021 to February 2023. Caroline's career began at Enterprise, where various roles included Filialleiter, Assistant Manager, Management Assistant, and Management-Trainee from October 2017 to November 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as Lead Trainer at Bosch Service Solutions from 2012 to September 2017. Caroline holds a Master’s degree in English Language and Literature from Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel, obtained from 2006 to 2012.
