Cesar Trujillo

Cesar Trujillo is a seasoned mechanical design engineer with extensive experience in various engineering roles. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Tesla since March 2020, Trujillo has contributed significantly to new programs engineering and studio interior engineering. Prior to Tesla, Trujillo worked at HCT Group as a Design Engineer and held multiple positions at Columbia University, including Undergraduate Researcher and Teaching Assistant, where skills in soft robotics and design software were honed. Earlier career experiences include internships at Tesla, Humanscale, and Northrop Grumman Corporation, where Trujillo focused on engineering criteria development, rapid prototyping, and technical drawing creation. Trujillo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University and an Associate's Degree from Antelope Valley College.
