Charles Herbin is an experienced electrical engineer with a solid background in electrical systems and protective relays. From January 2012 to August 2021, Charles worked at Power and Control Systems (PCS2000), where responsibilities included preparing calculations and relay settings for protective relays such as SEL, Beckwith, ERLphase, and GE/multilin.
