Chris Kern

Chris Kern is a Materials Engineer currently employed at Tesla since January 2023. Previously, Chris held key positions at QuesTek Innovations LLC, serving as Director of Applications and Deployment and Manager of Engineering Services from September 2004 to December 2021. Between October 2012 and January 2016, Chris worked as a Materials and Process Engineer at Apple. Chris also gained early experience as an Engineering Intern at ECM USA from May 2004 to September 2004. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical and Materials Science and Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, completed in January 2004.
