Christopher Payne is a Staff Autopilot Engineer at Tesla, where they focus on building advanced production autonomous vehicles using C++, Linux, and probabilistic robotics since 2015. Previously, Christopher was an Embedded Engineer involved with firmware for the Tesla Model S and interned at notable organizations, including SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory, Lockheed Martin, and Green Mountain Power. Christopher earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, specializing in Electrical Engineering, from Princeton University, graduating Cum Laude in 2013.
