Daniel T.

Daniel T. is a highly experienced engineer specializing in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure, currently serving as a Staff Distributed Systems Engineer at Tesla since July 2021, where Daniel launched the third-party supercharging initiative for non-Tesla EV owners. Prior to Tesla, Daniel held various roles at Carbon Lighthouse, including Tech Lead Manager for infrastructure and lead software engineer for a building analytics platform, where responsibilities included managing cloud infrastructure and directing technology strategy. Daniel has also contributed as a Senior Software Engineer at Dropbox, leading efforts to enhance disaster tolerance in persistent systems, and gained early experience through internships at Hadapt and Lookout. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Yale University and is currently pursuing studies in Sustainability at City College of San Francisco.
