David Rubin

David Rubin is an experienced leader currently serving as the Head of Supplier CapEx, Automation, Optimization, and APAC Supplier Industrialization Engineering at Tesla. They manage a team of over 40 individuals across North America and the APAC region, overseeing over 200 global suppliers and pioneering the implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies. Previously, David held various roles at Tesla, including Senior Manager and Staff Supplier Industrialization Engineer, and worked at companies such as General Motors and Supreme Screw Products, making significant contributions to quality systems and manufacturing process improvements. David holds a degree in Professional Studies Business Communication from the New York Institute of Business and Technology.
