Drew H. is a Global Operations and Supply Chain Leader currently serving as a Senior Manager of Global Fulfillment and Logistics at Tesla Energy, where they oversee logistics and supply chain operations for various product lines, focusing on operational excellence and cost optimization. Previously, Drew spent eight years at Amazon, culminating in a role as a multi-site Director, where they managed significant Last Mile operations and led programs that enhanced delivery efficiency across North America. Additionally, Drew played a crucial role in launching robotics-enabled fulfillment centers in Canada, building teams that drove technological integration and process improvement. Drew holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Finance from the University of Arizona and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Finance at Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business.
