Eric Mack

Eric Mack serves as the Associate General Counsel for Commercial at Tesla since January 2014, leading the commercial legal team with responsibilities that encompass the global supply chain for various products including automotive and energy solutions, as well as legal oversight for product connectivity and infotainment services. Prior to Tesla, Eric worked at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates from 2007 to 2014, focusing on intellectual property, technology agreements, and advising clients on legal issues related to outsourcing and corporate transactions. Eric's early legal experience includes a law clerk position at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the United States Attorney's Office, alongside impactful roles during law school. Eric holds a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and a B.A. from Claremont McKenna College.
