Eric Schweiker

Eric Schweiker is currently the Director of Global Compliance at Tesla, with previous experience as a Vice President in the Ethics & Compliance Leadership Team at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Prior to their corporate roles, Eric served as an Adjunct Instructor at Rutgers Law School, an Assistant U.S. Attorney at the U.S. Attorney's Office, and a Deputy Attorney General at the New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice. With a background in investigating and prosecuting federal criminal offenses, particularly in white collar and national security matters, Eric brings a wealth of experience to their current compliance role at Tesla.
