Eva Feng

Eva Feng has extensive experience in recruitment, particularly within the technology and engineering sectors. Starting as a Recruitment Specialist at Taobao Marketplace from July 2011 to September 2014, Eva supported E-commerce operations before moving to Randstad China as a Recruitment Consultant from January 2015 to May 2017, where responsibilities included building the finance function in the Nanjing market. Following this, Eva held various positions at Siemens from May 2017 to March 2018 in talent acquisition, focusing on clarifying job requisitions and managing the complete recruiting process. From March 2018 to November 2020, Eva served as Tech Recruiting Lead at BYTON, overseeing technical vacancies across several innovative fields. Most recently, from December 2021 to February 2024, Eva worked at Tesla as an R&D Lead Recruiter, managing a team and facilitating recruitment for a variety of engineering roles, contributing significantly to China's engineering recruiting efforts.
