Fei Xu

Fei Xu is an accomplished materials engineer with significant experience at Tesla, serving as Staff Materials Engineer and Senior Materials Engineer from January 2022 to August 2024, and previously as a Cell Manufacturing Engineering Intern. Prior to Tesla, Fei Xu gained valuable insights during an internship at PwC as a Consulting Intern in April 2021, and worked as an Associate at RCG Engineering from June to December 2020. Early professional development included an internship at Haode Chemical Co., Ltd, where Fei Xu focused on distillation and isomerization of Butane, as well as the manufacturing process for Methyl Tertiary Butyl Ether (MTBE). Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master of Science in Engineering, both in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University, earned between January 2016 and January 2022.
