Florian Costea

Florian Costea is a seasoned Sr. Equipment Engineer at Tesla, where they have been employed since 2023. Prior to this, they spent over a decade as a Project Manager at CFC Industrial Engineering, managing various automotive industry paint shop projects across multiple countries. Florian's earlier experience includes roles as a Mechanical Engineer at IMSAT and Cold End & Annealing Lehr Manager at Saint-Gobain Glass. They hold a Master’s degree in Engineering of Industrial Systems and an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic of Bucharest, along with a degree in Economics from the University “Titu Maiorescu” of Bucharest.
