Frank Lim

Frank Lim is a seasoned professional in the field of construction project management and facilities operations, currently serving as Sr Staff Technical Construction Project Manager at Tesla since 2024. Previously, Frank served as Director of Facilities, EHS & Security at NeoTract from 2017 to 2023 and held the position of Facilities Manager at Boston Scientific from 2015 to 2017. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager at Boehringer Ingelheim, where Frank was an expatriate in Shanghai, China, tasked with establishing a world-class biotechnology manufacturing plant, as well as a managerial position in maintenance at Amgen from 2007 to 2011. Frank Lim holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
