Hanjin Li possesses a diverse background in recruitment and project management, beginning with early experience as a Project Management Intern at Daimler China, where project coordination and contract management were key responsibilities. Subsequent internships in procurement and international business enriched skills in commercial operations. Hanjin Li's role as Recruiting Coordinator at Amazon laid the groundwork for a successful career in talent acquisition, leading to a position at Tesla as an Engineering Recruiter for R&D and later advancing to Senior Engineering Recruiter. Hanjin Li holds a Master's degree in Digital Management from Montpellier Business School and a Bachelor's degree in International Economics and Trade from Beijing Language and Culture University, complemented by leadership experience as Vice President of the Student Union.
