Het Shah is a seasoned construction project manager with a robust background in various roles within the construction and flooring industries. Currently serving as a Senior Construction Project Manager at Tesla since October 2023, Het has previously worked as a Senior Project Manager at Siemens Healthineers and a Construction Project Manager at Varian, where responsibilities included project management from concept to completion, contract management, and coordination with architectural teams. With internship experiences at MRK Industrial Flooring and Oslin Nation Co., along with a solid foundation as a Millwork Estimator at TABER Company, Het has developed expertise in estimating, project documentation, and compliance with safety regulations. Educational credentials include pursuing a degree in Real Estate Finance from Harvard Extension School and holding a Master’s degree in Construction Management from The University of Texas at Arlington, in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
