Jacob N.

Jacob N. is a highly skilled professional in materials science and engineering with extensive research and engineering experience. As an Undergraduate Researcher at the Hybrid and Multi-Phase Materials Lab at UCLA, Jacob focused on recycling carbon fiber reinforced polymer and developing carbon fiber wet layups. At Tesla, Jacob serves as an Engineering Technician III, specializing in battery cathode material characterization and equipment maintenance. Previous experience includes roles as a Head Lifeguard at UCLA Recreation, an Undergraduate Researcher in the Soft Materials Research Lab at UCLA, and a Team Lead for the SAMPE Beam Building Competition, where Jacob designed and tested innovative beam structures.
