James Blatcher is an actuator engineer currently involved in actuator design for the Optimus project at Tesla. Previously, they served as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer and held multiple roles at Northeastern Electric Racing, where they led mechanical projects for an electric racecar, including the design of braking systems and weight-reducing hubs.
