Jason Johnston

Jason Johnston is an experienced maintenance supervisor with a strong background in manufacturing and equipment maintenance. Currently serving as the Cell Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Supervisor at Tesla since June 2022, Jason is responsible for building maintenance teams and supervising technicians to ensure optimal equipment performance. Prior to this role, Jason was a Maintenance Supervisor at Nike from October 2018 to June 2022, where collaboration with engineering teams and implementing data-driven changes were key responsibilities. Jason's career also includes extensive experience at REC Silicon, overseeing a large maintenance team, as well as positions at IMCO General Construction and in production maintenance at Simplot and National Frozen Foods. Jason's educational background includes studies at LSU, Effective Problem Solving LLC, and NW Energy Alliance.
