Jeff West

Jeff West is a passionate engineering leader with decades of experience in firmware development and project management across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Tesla, they manage a firmware development team. Prior to this role, Jeff held significant positions at companies such as Apple, LG Chem Power, and Electronic Data Systems, where they contributed to advancements in battery management systems and technology strategies. Jeff also co-founded Synergy Embedded, where they focused on delivering maintainable and reusable software solutions. They earned a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Michigan State University.
