Justin Dillon is a Managing Counsel for Global Compliance at Tesla, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as Corporate Counsel focused on anti-bribery at Caterpillar Inc. from 2017 to 2020, and also held positions at Red Hat and Mayer Brown. Prior to their legal career, Justin was a Special Education Teacher with Teach For America, teaching mathematics and science to middle school students. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies and Philosophy at Indiana University Bloomington, a Doctor of Law at Cornell Law School, and a Master of Arts in Education at Saint Joseph's University.
