Justin Samson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service and operations management. Currently serving as the Senior Regional Manager for Service and Collision Parts Operations at Tesla since March 2013, Justin oversees a large service organization in the Northwest, significantly expanding the company’s presence in the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada. Prior to this role, Justin held positions at Tesla as Regional Service Manager and Service Manager, where notable achievements included opening the first Tesla service location in Bellevue, Washington, and earning the “Top Service Center” award in 2017.
