Kaden Springer

Kaden Springer is currently a Senior Project Engineer at Tesla, drawing upon a strong foundation in both chemical and mechanical engineering with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California. Previously, Kaden held various engineering roles, including Process Engineer at ExxonMobil and Maintenance Engineering Intern at Occidental, where they focused on improving production processes and troubleshooting equipment. Kaden's diverse experience also includes a role as Design Engineering Intern for the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California and a stint as a Math Tutor with USC Readers PLUS. Passionate about efficiency and team development, Kaden continuously seeks challenges that foster growth and collaboration.
