Kahiree Gans

Kahiree Gans is an experienced Quality and Engineering Leader in the automotive and electric vehicle sectors. They have held several key positions, including Head of Quality at Tesla GFTX, where they lead global quality strategy and have driven significant improvements in product performance and customer satisfaction. Previously, Kahiree worked at Stellantis as Director of Manufacturing Quality & Launch for the Engine Division, achieving substantial warranty reductions and enhancing operational efficiency. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Tuskegee University, along with a Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Michigan, where they are currently enrolled.
