Leona Bong possesses a diverse background in customer service and marketing, demonstrating expertise through various roles. At Creatox Venture as a Customer Service representative, Leona utilized skills in the Shopee Seller Center, focusing on marketing activities and customer communication. Currently serving as a Delivery Advisor at Tesla since December 2023, Leona maintains high customer satisfaction through exceptional service during the delivery process. As a Brand Management Intern at ZALORA Group from May 2023 to September 2023, responsibilities included developing marketing campaigns and analyzing performance metrics.
