Luke Shuck is a highly experienced mechanical design engineer with a robust background in tooling and design processes. Currently serving as a Staff Mechanical Design Engineer at Tesla since January 2015, Luke leads a team in the simulation, design, machining, and construction of stamping tools, focusing on quality assurance and final buyoff. Previously, Luke held roles as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer and Die Design Engineering Supervisor, overseeing tooling projects from simulation to completion. Prior experience includes working as a CAD Designer at Tooling Systems Group, Inc. and as a teacher with the District School Board of Pasco County. Luke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Grand Valley State University.
