Malek R. is a highly experienced electronics design engineer specializing in power electronics, currently holding the position of Staff Electronics Design Engineer at Tesla since March 2025. Previous roles include Staff Power Electronics Engineer at SPAN, Sr. Power Electronics Design Analyst at Crane Aerospace & Electronics, and Sr. Power Electronics Engineer at magniX. With a robust academic background, Malek R. served as an Assistant Professor at the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, where a Switching Power Conversion LAB was founded, and has also been involved in teaching power electronics courses at various institutions.
