Mar Arcaya is an experienced recruitment and talent acquisition professional currently working at Tesla in a multifaceted role encompassing recruiting, sales, service, and delivery since October 2025. Previously, Mar held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at RWS Group, managing the end-to-end talent acquisition cycle and enhancing logistics for interviews.
