Matt Reddick

Matt Reddick is the current Director of Operations at Tesla. Matt has previous experience working with Amazon as a Director, Operations from June 2021 to February 2022. Prior to that, they were a General Manager from November 2020 to June 2021. Matt has also worked as a Multi-Site Leader from November 2019 to November 2020 and as Sr. Manager, Continuous Improvement from March 2018 to November 2019. Matt Reddick also has experience working as a Site Leader from May 2017 to March 2018 and as a Multi-Site Plant Manager from February 2016 to May 2017. Additionally, they have served as a Plant Manager from April 2014 to February 2016 and as an Operations Manager from March 2013 to April 2014.

Matt Reddick has a Master of Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Management. Matt also has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Chemical Engineering. Matt is certified by APICS in Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) and by OSHA Training Center in General Industry Safety and Health. Matt is also certified by University of Wisconsin Milwaukee in Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
