Matthew Pan is a Senior Engineering Manager at Tesla, leading the Optimus humanoid robot project and overseeing the software infrastructure for both Optimus and Autopilot. Between 2021 and 2024, they managed extensive engineering tasks, including the development of full-body control software and real-time systems, while also optimizing computer vision software for Autopilot.
