Meilo Runge has extensive experience in retail and sales training, beginning as a Sales Expert Apprentice Trainer at Marc O'Polo Einzelhandels GmbH from September 2013 to July 2018. After transitioning to HUGO BOSS, Meilo held the roles of Sales Consultant and Retail Training Manager G&A until January 2021. Currently, Meilo serves as the Sales & Delivery Trainer for Central Europe at Tesla, starting in August 2023. Meilo holds a Bachelor of trade and commerce from Bildungszentrum des Einzelhandels BZE Springe.
