Michael Kirschner

Michael Kirschner is an experienced professional in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management, currently serving as the Director of EHS Design & Engineering at Tesla, where responsibilities include leading a team focused on ergonomics, equipment safety automation, process safety design, industrial hygiene, and chemical safety. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions, including Senior Manager and Manager of Global Ergonomics at Tesla, overseeing ergonomic initiatives across multiple sectors. Previous experience includes roles as Ergonomist at Honda Manufacturing of Indiana and Ergonomics Specialist at Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama, where Michael managed ergonomic initiatives and collaborated across departments to enhance workplace safety.
