Mitchell Shelton

Mitchell Shelton is a Controls Engineer at Tesla, where they apply their deep knowledge of systems and controls. They began their career as a Layout Assistant at Guntert & Zimmerman, collaborating with engineers to enhance production processes. Continuing as an Automation Engineer at GEI, Mitchell led efforts in designing control diagrams and programming PLCs. With a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the Pacific, they developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills that they utilize in their current role.
