Mo Tehrani

Mo Tehrani is an experienced engineering leader who currently serves as the Sr. Manager and Optimus Hardware Validation Lead at Tesla. Previously, they worked as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at AREVO Inc. and as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at OnRobot, where they led the design of innovative robotic systems and contributed significantly to product development. Mo also held postdoctoral research positions at both Illinois Institute of Technology and Gyeongsang National University, focusing on robotics and biomedical devices, and earned a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Tarbiat Modares University. Their strong background in mechanical engineering and project management has shaped a successful career in both startups and larger organizations.
