Narayanan Vaidhyanathan

Narayanan Vaidhyanathan is a seasoned Supply Chain professional with over five years of experience in managing end-to-end Supply Chain processes. Currently serving as a Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer at Tesla, Narayanan has previously held roles including Supplier Industrialization Engineer and intern, where they successfully managed critical supplier components and developed solutions for quality compliance. Narayanan's expertise includes Lean Six Sigma, BI and Data Analytics, and Predictive Analytics, supported by a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to Tesla, Narayanan contributed to quality assurance at NSK and project initiatives at Titan Company Limited, consistently achieving significant improvements in process efficiency and cost savings.
