Natalie Schaeffer

Natalie Schaeffer is a seasoned Manufacturing Engineer currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Tesla, where they focus on commissioning new lines and developing processes for drive inverter manufacturing globally. Previously, they held various engineering and internship positions across multiple companies, including a Lead Manufacturing Specialist role at GE Healthcare, where they managed a team to address significant manufacturing challenges. Natalie earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, followed by a Master of Engineering in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University. Currently, they are also pursuing a Bachelor's degree at Tianjin University in Mechanical Engineering.
